Job Responsibilities

Program Development

• Understands the school’s mission, vision, and academic and social/emotional programming and develops Kids Club(KC) program to mirror accordingly.
• Oversee and complete annual registration process for enrollment of families into the program.
• Oversee and manage monthly enrollment/sign-up as well as the process for signing kids in and out of the program on a daily basis.
• Oversee and develop risk management process and procedures to administer across the program in order to create a safe environment for the kids and staff. Including state and federal mandated regulations.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrates a commitment to and belief in the mission of the Archdiocese and St. Paul Parish. Institute faith based beliefs into the program.
• Minimum of one year of administrative or child care experience; degree in the field of educational administration, or other relevant field experience preferred.
• Experience and proficiency with PK-8th program development, knowledge of childhood developmental milestones and social/emotional learning and intervention strategies.
• Previous experience with professional supervision and staff development preferred.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills to multiple audiences (students, parents and family members, teachers, other school staff).
• Thrives in a small organization where a myriad of skills is utilized.
• Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage a variety of projects while working collaboratively with teams and independently
• Operates with a high level of personal responsibility, integrity, ethical standards, and optimism.
