St. Catherine Laboure School in Sunset Hills seeks a dynamic, faith-filled Intermediate 5th Grade teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position at our K-8 school of over 480 students. St. Catherine Laboure is a thriving, stable parish and school, and has a long history of providing excellent academic education and Catholic faith formation in the Southwest County area.
The ideal candidate has a love of students in middle grades, a commitment to rigor and excellence in learning, a desire to learn and grow professionally, and a good sense of humor. Elementary Certification and experience teaching ELA and Math is required. We are seeking a candidate who possesses effective classroom management skills, the ability to differentiate instruction, collaborative teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a passion for reading and writing. Proficiency in Google Classroom is a required skill.
