Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Pool
Villa Saint Joseph is currently hiring CNA Pool positions.
VSJ offers a positive work environment with multiple shifts available.
CNA's job duties include but are not limited to:
Job Summary:
- One (1) weekend per month requirement.
- Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc.
- Completes all activities of daily living, e.g., bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc., in accordance with established policies, procedures, and prescribed timeframes.
- Properly answers call bells in a timely fashion for assigned residents and any others on the unit.
- Promptly responds to emergency resident situations, notifying immediate supervisor as required.
- Functions as an effective member of the resident care team by completing and documenting assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
- Effectively collaborates with other care team members to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity throughout the unit.
- 2 years Nursing Assistant experience.
- Current and valid Pennsylvania Notice of Enrollment with Nurse Aide registry preferred.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- One weekend per month requirement.
- Experience in long term care required.
