Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Part Time

Villa Saint Joseph is currently hiring CNA Part Time position.

VSJ offers a positive work environment with multiple shifts available.

CNA's job duties include but are not limited to:

Job Summary:

• One (1) weekend a month requirement.
• Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc.
• Completes all activities of daily living, e.g., bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc., in accordance with established policies, procedures, and prescribed timeframes.
• Properly answers call bells in a timely fashion for assigned residents and any others on the unit.
• Promptly responds to emergency resident situations, notifying immediate supervisor as required.
• Functions as an effective member of the resident care team by completing and documenting assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
• Effectively collaborates with other care team members to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity throughout the unit.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years Nursing Assistant experience.
• Current and valid Pennsylvania Notice of Enrollment with Nurse Aide registry preferred.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• One weekend per month requirement.
• Experience in long term care required.
