Maintenance Staff

Primary Responsibility:

Provide upkeep and maintenance to the St. Kateri Catholic Center, located in Orange County, New York.

Experience Level:

Previous maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of home maintenance, including inside and outside projects.
• Weekly inspections of the perimeter and interior of property
• Maintaining curb appeal of property
• Checking heating oil levels and replacing filters in water filtration system/air cleaners
• Maintaining septic system
• Changing light bulbs when necessary
• Any small indoor repairs that are needed
• Seasonal decorating inside and out (Christmas lights, trees, etc)
• Window washing
• Winterizing
• Additional home maintenance projects when needed

Compensation rate for this position is: $32.09 per hour.

This position is considered non-exempt and eligible for overtime. This position is 8 hours per week on average.
