Archdiocese Of Denver Management Co is Hiring a k-8 Spanish Teacher Near Denver, CO

Description: Saint Vincent de Paul School is currently seeking to hire a part-time K-8 Spanish teacher for the 2023-2024 School year starting in August. The Spanish teacher motivates students to develop the necessary skills for language acquisition and provides rich, instructional experiences as a foundation for the introduction of the Spanish language and culture of Spanish speaking countries. The Archdiocese of Denver seeks elementary school teachers who want to share the person of Jesus Christ, the Logos, with students every day. The teacher is responsible for teaching a curriculum from the heart of the Church, which helps form students in a Christian way of seeing reality for what it is.

Description of Community: Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic School is located in Denver, Colorado and serves students from 3-year-old Preschool through Eighth Grade. St. Vincent de Paul School is led by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia of Nashville, TN and first opened its doors in 1927. The school is rooted in the Truth and Love of Christ and his Church and is committed to Educating the Whole Child for the Future . Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (not necessarily an education degree)

  • Master’s degree in teaching World Languages or similar preferred
  • A minimum of two years classroom experience within an elementary school setting, preferably with early childhood
  • Compliance with Safe Environment requirements.
