Located near Dayton, OH, Bergamo Center for Lifelong Learning is a retreat and conference center founded in the tradition of the Roman Catholic Church and the Society of Mary. The center extends hospitality in a spirit of peace and renewal by providing a tranquil, natural environment in which individuals and groups refresh the body, expand the mind and renew the spirit. In the Marianist tradition, Bergamo Center offers holistic spiritual formation programs for youth and adults throughout life that deepen self-awareness, develop interior life and elicit a personal and communal faith response to changing times.
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Director to lead Bergamo Center into its next phase of growth. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing day-to-day operations, and cultivating relationships with diverse stakeholders, including guests, staff, donors, and the broader community. Full time. Reports to the Bergamo Board of Trustees.
