Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of HAAS TL1 and TM1p Machines.
• Perform machine setup, operation and startup, restarting the machine, adjusts tooling to maintain proper sizes, replacing broken or worn tooling in a timely manner
• Select, align and secure the holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines including mills, lathes, and grinders
• Perform layout and programming on the controls required for set-ups • Understand how to adjust work offsets
• Understand how to adjust the speed and feed of the machine according to different part specifications
• Understand G-Code and have the ability to custom write programs when needed
• Must be able to effectively communicate machine set up parameters, troubleshoot set-up and operational issues
• Observes daily preventive machine maintenance, general repair and diagnosis
• Ability to recognize and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Master Cam or Fusion 360 programming is a plus.
