    STREAM Program (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art and Math)

    Resurrection College Prep High School for Girls is seeking a full-time STEM Director/ Teacher with demonstrated expertise in education research or development within high school learning environments. The program at the high school is called STREAM which supports innovative research, development, and evaluation of learning and teaching across all science, technology, religion, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STREAM) areas, catering to high school learners in an educational setting. We speci?cally seek candidates with specialized knowledge in one or more of the following areas: 1) advanced technologies in education including, but not limited to, Arti?cial Intelligence (AI), quantum, microelectronics, immersive and/or augmenting technologies; 2) computer science education; 3) education research methods; 4) equity in STEM education; 5) math education; 6) science education.
    Responsibilities:
    • Set the vision and drive school-wide implementation of the STREAM Program
    • Elevate student interest in the STREAM disciplines through intentional integration with non-STREAM disciplines and strategic marketing and communications efforts
    • Collaborate with universities/external institutions and foundations to secure funding and build partnerships that support STREAM
    • Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment
    • Use formative and summative data to inform and differentiate instruction
    • Establish an equitable grading policy and post grades weekly
    • Participate in ongoing professional development
    • Ability to use computer network systems and software applications as needed.
    • Ability to organize and coordinate work
    • Ability to handle con?dential and/or o?cial information with discretion
    • Ability to engage in self-evaluation with regard to performance and professional growth
    • Perform additional duties to support high-quality STREAM instruction as needed
    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree
    State teaching licensure with appropriate endorsement (we accept pending and out-of-state licensure)
