Essential Functions
- Oversee and evaluate existing and emerging technologies to support teaching and learning within a school setting.
- Oversee and manage the online lending library database.
- Communicate and train students and staff on accessing library services.
- Orient users to materials, equipment and educational software.
- Network with other libraries and media specialists in order to provide access to alternate resources and databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Media Education, Library Science or related field
- Knowledge of a variety of educational technology platforms, such as Turnitin
- Experience managing and overseeing Library Resources including catalog database, research database, etc.
- Experience working within an educational setting is preferred.
