Education RequirementsRestorative Aide - Archbold Living Cairo Position DescriptionHigh School diploma or GED and current certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) in the State of GA.
Certification in Basic Life Support.
ExperienceSix months experience as a Restorative Aide/C.N.A. in a long-term care environment preferred or on the job training by designee.
Required SkillsMust demonstrate competency in basic clinical skills to provide personal care to residents.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace as essential functions of the job.
Honesty and maintaining a professional composure are important aspects of the job.
Physical DemandsMust be in good physical and mental health.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Supervises: No one
Supervised By: Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse
