This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity for an individual with outstanding attendance, attitude, and work ethic! Pay raises once hired in! Shifts and Pay: Assembler Team 1 (Yellow Team):
Mon – Thurs 5am-3pm
$17.50 per hour
Assembler Team 2 (Green Team):
Mon / Tues 5pm-3am
Fridays / Saturdays 5am to 3pm
$17.50 - $19.50 per hour
These employees (temp and full-time) receive a $2 shift premium for Mondays / Tuesdays. No premium is applicable for Friday / Saturday.
Assembler Team 3 (Blue Team):
Wed-Sat 5pm-3am
$18.00 per hour
Shift premium is $0.50 per hour.
All shifts have a 20-minute paid lunch and two 10-minute paid breaks.
Teams will rotate working overtime on Sunday. Workers should expect to work 2 Sundays in a row, followed by 1 Sunday off. Sunday’s are paid at double-time provided they have worked at least 40 hours before Sunday. Benefits and Bonus Points:

Attendance Bonus: Monthly $100 attendance bonus for showing up every day on time and then will be put into a raffle where 2 contracts and 2 direct hires to win $2000 in mortgage bills to be paid.
Here’s why you’ll love this gig:
Update the First-Off Check Sheet at the start of the shift.
Read detailed work instructions and perform assembly tasks within required cycle times.
Read and operate HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens.
Safely operate a variety of automated and manual assembly tools and equipment.
Finger-start screws and bolts, as required.
Utilize tools, such as torque guns and power screwdrivers, to rotate screws and bolts into the correct position in the transmission or assembly.
Perform required quality checks to ensure the production of quality assemblies.
Regular attendance and punctuality, including scheduled, mandatory overtime.
Must be physically present at work-station during specified working hours, unless instructed otherwise by supervisor; and be able to rotate to other work-stations as instructed.
Perform basic troubleshooting on assigned workstations.
Perform 5S/housekeeping, station resets, and always maintain operator awareness.

Must be able to pass background check - No felonies! - very strict on backgrounds.
Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
Must have your own steel-toed boots.
1-3 years of previous assembly, related manufacturing experience, or automotive repair.
Experience utilizing hand or power tools.
Ability to occasionally lift 30 pounds without assistance.
Mechanically inclined.
Interest in vehicle performance is helpful.
Working knowledge of basic measuring devices.
Basic computer skills.
Lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to problem solve or troubleshoot in a group or team setting.
Ability to learn quickly!
Aptitude for mathematics.
