Job Position : Manufacturing Associate - Winder Operator
Pay Rate : $16.00 / hr
Shift : 2, 2, 3 12 hour shift
Description : Manufacturing Associate - Winder Operator
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Abide by Dalco Nonwovens policies and procedures as stipulated in the employee handbook
Follow all safety rules
Inspect fabric for quality, flaws, etc.
Operate winder and wrapper areas of the production line as required to doff and wrap new rolls as they come off the line.
Complete production paperwork
Monitor the Roll Trim and Roll Trim Pullers and Roll Trim Grinder for any problems.
Operate Baler to make waste bales as needed
Change Needle Boards as needed
Cut cores as needed
Waste management
Clean equipment and keep winder are clean and organized
Service the needle boards
Operate equipment including but not limited to the bologna slicer, forklift, and core cutter
Other duties as needed
