The Arcfield Human Resources Department is seeking a student intern to participate in an opportunity to support the Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams. The intern will work directly on the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and procedures. This includes job analysis, market pricing, job description analysis, salary survey input and analysis, compensation plan design, and compliance as needed across the organization.
