Program and Position Description:
This program provides SETA (Systems Engineering Technical Advisor) & SE&I (Systems Engineering & Integration) services to an IC customer with a focus on acquisition and operations of a system providing assured space communications and supporting IT infrastructure. The contract support is part of the customer core team focused on all aspects of the systems life cycle including CONOPS development, capturing requirements, working with developers to deliver capability, testing to ensure capabilities meet requirements, transition to operations and operations support. The program also supports innovations/technology development, provides acquisition and project management support to government program managers and IT information assurance security support. As an entry level position, on the job training will be provided by co-workers and team leads to ensure appropriate level assignments are provided to ensure success.

This position is for the purpose of gaining a clearance through a government sponsored background investigation. The candidate will fill out extensive security paperwork, providing detailed personal information used to verify suitability for a government security clearance. This process can take more than a year to complete. A start date for employment will be set under one of two conditions.
