The Non-Medical Case Manager is responsible for providing information and services to those living with HIV/AIDS. The NMCM works as part of a statewide team in the effort to end the HIV epidemic. Looking for a positive, energetic, independent individual with organizational & computer skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's of Social Work or related field preferred; equivalent experience MAY be accepted. Bilingual & medical background preferred. Approximately 10% travel required.
