Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an intern to join us in Highlands Ranch, CO in May 2023. This position will support our Business Line Counsel in a variety of matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join our team locally, supporting one of the best qualified consulting firms in the country! This position requires strong legal research skills, attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, strong work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible, with the initiative and ability to take on new projects and other challenges regularly. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate an eagerness to learn from our in-house counsel.

Role accountabilities:

Daily duties will consist of:

• Contract reviews and legal research pertaining to Arcadis’ use of Global Excellence Center (GEC) employees. 
• Creation of a comprehensive database of legal research related to GECs.
• Assist with the issuance of legal holds.
• Assist with responses to subpoenas Review of basic legal, contracts and transactional business information.
• Other Business Line support as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a JD program.
