Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to residents in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and possess a nurturing and supportive demeanor.

Duties:

- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
- Support residents with dementia care needs
- Ensure resident rights are respected at all times
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior

Experience:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or social work
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
- Familiarity with senior care and dementia care best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with empathy, patience, and respect
