Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and manage behavior to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by professionals
- Document client progress and report any concerns or changes in condition

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility as needed
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Experience in home care or direct support preferred
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow systems and protocols
