Arcadia Medical of Renton is actively looking for an experienced LPN or RN interested in fulfilling a role as a Charge Nurse, for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Renton, Washington. • 2 Years or More of Nursing Experience

• A Registered Nursing or LPN license in the State of Washington

• Excellent critical thinking, communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of computers and healthcare software

Overview

As the Charge Nurse, you are the face of the nursing department as new residents enter the facility. You will work closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team to ensure the quality care and services provided by your team as these new residents transition to the center.

Duties

• Assist in order entry, new patient assessment

• Manage clinical operations and develop care plans

• Conduct patient rounds and address complaints

• Monitor nursing staff, nursing activities and patient care

Additional Job Responsibilities

• Audit Med Carts

• Assist with discharges

• Incident/accident log

• QI Tool

• Ensure new chart audits are completed

• Occasionally attend care conferences

Requirements:

• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
