Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processor. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations.
Duties:
- Process customer orders and prepare shipping documents, accurately and efficiently
- Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and timely shipment
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns via email
- Maintain accurate records of orders, including tracking information
- Assist with data input and clerical tasks related to inventory and accounting
- Collaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order processing or a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Strong proofreading skills for order accuracy check
