The CNC Set-up Tech Operator is responsible for performing various tasks to operate, monitor, and perform limited preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
The CNC Set-up Tech Operator is also responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and adjusting or changing tools as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
Expectations :
The CNC Set-up Tech Operator is expected to embody the ARC Products standards with respect to discipline, quality, punctuality, and safety, and to enforce those standards with subordinates.
The CNC Set-up Tech Operator is expected to communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
The CNC Set-up Tech Operator is expected to comply with all safety and health regulations.
The CNC Set-up Tech Operator should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
Responsibilities
The CNC Set-up Tech Operator operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The Machine Operator will adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and supervisor guidance and in a timely fashion.

Pay : Starting at $18 / hour and up depending on experience.
