Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Onsite Administrator to oversee the operations and management of our Adult Day Program under the direct supervision of the Associate Director, Adult Day Programs. The Onsite Administrator will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating program activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

The Administrator will be the liaison between the Arc of Butte County, Day Program and the Community Care Licensing representative when the Associate Director is not available.

This position includes telephone and personal contacts with clients, families and individuals. The employee must have the ability to maintain a personable, positive, and professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide training and guidance to program staff, including monitoring performance
- Regularly meet with Associate Director to develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Assess client needs and develop an individual plan to assist the client in developing self-help skills.
-Provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, including advocacy and resource referrals
- Oversee program development initiatives, including the design and implementation of new services or interventions
- Conduct regular assessments of program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for improvement
- Manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and community organizations, to enhance program effectiveness

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in record keeping, report writing, and data analysis
- Experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Knowledge of social work principles, practices and interventions related to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations
- Strong positive relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
- A working knowledge of statutes, regulation and vendor requirements which affect the client or their current Service Coordinator.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
