Director of Behavioral Day Program

Up to $75,000/year

Full-Time, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need:

We are currently looking for a Full Time Director of Behavioral Day Program to join our team in Mercer County to oversee the overall operation of all Behavioral Day Program Services, Recreation/Respite Programs, and any new potential Day Program Services. Must be experienced in Behavioral Day Program Services.

.What We Need:

• Bachelor's Degree required or Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years experience in a related field.
• Passion to advocate to make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities desired.
• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to oversee the daily operations of multiple-day programs.
• Ability to develop and maintain recreation and community activities calendar.
• Must understand and have the ability to follow DDD licensing regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver's Licenses (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)
