Chief Agency Training Officer

Who We Need:

The Chief Training Officer leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. The position will lead the department to promote a positive employee experience starting at the time of hire and support professional growth. Department priorities will support the organization's strategic plan.

• Align with Organizational Goals : Develop and execute innovative training designed to promote a culture of excellence and professional growth. Lead the training department to support the organization's strategic plan designed to promote long-term professional growth and retention.
• Lead the Agency with Innovation : Driven to continuously assess current training and develop new platforms to engage our employees with professional personal development. Understand the training needs of our employees to enhance retention. Chair agency Training Committee to analyze each training offering to learn more about to make improvements and develop new curriculum.
• Implement Best Practices : The department will continuously strive to implement best practices to ensure all employee training files are accurate and organized; utilizing technology to its fullest potential.
• Leadership and Change Agent : Drive innovation and collaboration across agency departments; develop curriculum to support the success of agency growth.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of related experience with training development
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
