Connect Staffing is seeking to fill an opening for an On-site/ Recruiter to provide onsite assisstance and recruitment for a client in Lewisville, TX. This posiion will report remotely to the Houston TX Branch of our light-industrial staffing company, Connect Staffing, Inc. This is a great start to a career in the field of recruiting, management and human resources.

Will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our client might face with accuracy and efficiency. Onsite representatives are genuinely excited to help customers! They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Onsite managers can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. This role also requires continuous recruiting for the client as needed.

Requirements for the On-site/ Recuiter role:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Not required but industry experience is a plus (6 months to 1year of Staffing industry experience)
• Friendly, energetic, and professional personality
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Great phone and email skills
• Familiarity with transaction detail systems and practices including use of Microsoft outlook

Responsibilities of the On-site role:

• Working at our clients location representing Connect Staffing
• Acting as a resourse for temporary associates as well as client supervisors
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with Clients and applicants through open and interactive communication
• Create/update reports including attendance, recruitment data, etc.
• Meet personal/customer service team deadlines
• Recruit for various general labor positions onsite.
• Handle candidate/client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
