SharePoint Content Coordinators -- Grants Programs work with Government stakeholders to develop programmatic grant performance management content incorporating federal laws and regulations to include on the Government's SharePoint site. They join as an associate in our consulting practice. They have 2 years of experience creating, managing, and publishing SharePoint content.

Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong writing and organizational skills to coordinate and create compelling content for Federal government websites to help improve grant outcomes
• Apply knowledge of Federal Government performance management best practices to create, edit, and publish performance management webpages to the SharePoint site
• Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
• Support consulting projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and clients on fast-paced projects and provides outstanding deliverables
• Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
• Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
• Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others
• Take advantage of company opportunities to develop leadership and consulting skills and thrive in a fast growth environment

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in developing performance management content and managing digital documents for Government clients on SharePoint
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
• Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools
• Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
• Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Critical Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage
