To support our fast-growing sales, we are looking to hire and train an Assistant Manager, who will work closely with the General Manager in all aspects of our daily operations and management planning.

An Arby’s Assistant Manager will:
1. Provide leadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward our goals;
2. Execute Systems daily to ensure a clean, organized restaurant;
3. Ensure that every customer leaves happy and all complaints are resolved. Train, trust and empower our team to provide outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy and Speed of Service; and
4. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
