Characteristics/Qualifications:

Assists the General Manager with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby’s Restaurant.

Provides a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees.

Supports the General Manager with all aspects of generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively.

Must have the desire for personal and professional growth and to succeed and grow with a company, prefer at least one year of prior restaurant experience.
