Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Coordinator. As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of our community, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of community life, including social events, recreational activities, and educational programs
-Coordinate tours with potential buyers to the open cottages (Independent Living).
- Create and Manage the activities and outings for Independent Living.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff members to ensure open communication and a positive living environment
- Oversee the maintenance of the Independent community, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure efficient operation of the community
Skills:
- Strong background in caregiving or senior care, with knowledge of best practices in providing support to older adults
- Experience in event planning is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff members
- Familiarity with nursing home regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Education -
Bachelors Degree - Preferred.
