Job Summary
The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) is responsible for providing direct care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as ambulation, toileting, and transferring
* Monitor residents' health and well-being and report any changes to the nurse
* Complete documentation and reports as required
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current state certification as an STNA
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to lift and transfer residents
