Job Description :

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated patient care coordinator to join our growing team to manage patient appointments and attendance.

As a member of the Arbor Therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their overall well-being and endure a smooth patient experience.

The schedule for the offered position is 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00PM with a 30-minute lunch.

This role requires excellent organizational and both written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Scheduling patient appointments and follow-up visits.

2. Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure proper care for patients.

3. Managing patient records and updating information as needed.

4. Communicating with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and general inquiries.

5. Collaborating with insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain authorization for services.

6. Providing administrative support to the healthcare team.

7. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.

8. Handling patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications :

Healthcare scheduling experience is required.

Experience in pediatric or adult therapy preferred, but not required.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills required.

Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
