Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and direction to clinical team of assigned unit.
  • Make rounds with physicians, as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team.
  • Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
  • Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Here's what's needed to join our team:
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • 2 or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center.
