- Provide oversight and direction to clinical team of assigned unit.
- Make rounds with physicians, as necessary.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team.
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- 2 or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center.
