****Gallery Host / Front Desk Agent****

**Gallery Host / Front Desk Agent Duties & Responsibilities:**

Greeting and registering guests in a friendly manner.

Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.

Assisting large groups upon arrival.

Assist guests at the bar with beer / liquor / wine service.

Make and serve light food options for guests from our 24/7 retail food menu.

Be familiar with the local area, helping guests find dining, shopping and other "hidden gems" nearby.

Being the first to handle and resolve guest issues, and working to achieve complete guest satisfaction.

Processing payments according to procedures including authorization of all credit cards.

Ensuring all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end of each shift.

Professionally and politely answer questions and cater to any guests needs.

Communicates internally with other departments when necessary to resolve a guest concern or request.

**The Successful Front Desk Agent Candidate:**

Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Be a pro-active problem solver with the ability to multi task.

Enjoy working as part of a team focused on enhancing the guest experience.

Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written means.

Windows knowledge.

Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.

Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.

Able to lift 20lb on occasion.

High school Diploma or equivalent
