Position Details

Provide quality, youth centered care that facilitate a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults ages who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.

This position will be part-time and primarily 3rd shift.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social work or related field.
• Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required.
• Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
• Flexible Availability
• Ability to work 3rd shifts as scheduled. Flexibility for 1st or 2nd shift coverage as needed.

Compensation Information

• Starting Wage is $17.50 / Hour
• 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium.
