MinimumExperience

• 2 years experience supervising various areas of hospitality, dining room service, catering, and general front-of-the house operations.
• Understanding and ability to creatively train service staff in the techniques of a la carte, buffet, and banquet service/ presentation.
• 1 year experience of hands-on foodservice supervision in a residential, institutional and/or healthcare setting.
