Our esteemed team is looking for a passionate Director of Wine and Beverage. You will collaborate and procure a world-class wine and beverage program by managing and maintaining all aspects of your department. If this sounds like a great fit for you, please apply!

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 with a sales-based bonus structure to be discussed during the interview.

$60,000 - $70,000

• Create and maintain staff operation schedules
• Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
• Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
• Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs
• Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions

• Must have extensive wine and spirit knowledge
• Supervise all aspects of bar operations including hiring and scheduling bar staff
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure adequate inventory and pricing of wine and spirits
• Develop and maintain a cocktail program and wine list
• Lead and train staff on wine and spirits education and service
• Encourages and builds relationships with guests and ensures that they are delivered an excellent service experience

• Understanding of national food and health safety regulations
• Food handling license
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
• Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Knowledge of Scottsdale wine and beverage market and trends, is a BIG PLUS!
