Arbella is seeking a dynamic IT Cybersecurity Analyst II to help drive our operational strategies, and policy initiatives. This role offers an engaging opportunity for cybersecurity professionals who are eager to make a meaningful impact and help elevate our cybersecurity practices. Position Overview: As our IT Cybersecurity Analyst II, you'll play a pivotal role in refining our cybersecurity operational functions, contributing to strategic policy development, and assisting with team administration. This position offers a unique blend of operational enhancement, policy support, and administrative assistance, making it an ideal opportunity for cybersecurity professionals looking to innovate and contribute across various facets of cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to improve our cybersecurity operational functions, streamline processes, and implement best practices to bolster our security posture. Assist in the creation and refinement of security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Arbella's innovative vision. Contribute to our cybersecurity operations by assisting in managing incidents, identifying vulnerabilities, and supporting robust remediation plans. Assist with administrative functions within the cybersecurity team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication. Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of our current security measures and provide insights to stay ahead of emerging threats. Collaborate with our leadership team to support critical improvement initiatives and foster a culture of security awareness. Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest trends in cybersecurity, ensuring Arbella remains a trailblazer in the industry. Key Requirements: 3 years' experience in IT Security with a focus on operational enhancement, policy development, an d team administration. Ability to identify and implement improvements in cybersecurity operational functions. Knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, or NIST, and cutting-edge security tools. Strong analytical skills paired with a problem-solving attitude to tackle complex security challenges. A collaborative spirit with excellent relationship-building skills to thrive in our dynamic team environment. Stellar written and oral communication skills to convey complex ideas with clarity and conviction.
