```Duties``` - Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion - Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project schedules and budgets - Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns - Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation - Provide technical support and guidance to project team members ```Experience``` - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field - Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry - Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Prolog - Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contract administration, and blueprint reading - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
