Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a range of medical skills to provide quality healthcare services.

Duties:

- Perform critical care procedures as required
- Conduct catheterizations and assist with various medical procedures
- Utilize sonography equipment for diagnostic purposes
- Provide care in behavioral health settings
- Document patient information accurately in eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Assist in case management and patient advocacy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Specialize in areas such as ophthalmology and maintain knowledge of relevant medical practices

Qualifications:

- Valid LVN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in medical records management and documentation
- Proficiency in conducting various nursing procedures and treatments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Prior experience in critical care, behavioral health, or case management is a plus
