The Premium Suite Attendant is privately responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverage according to guest requests. Suite Attendants provide an inclusive premium guest service experience by addressing and/or resolving any concerns or special requests made by the guests in the suite(s).

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.

Possibility for overtime for select shifts. The ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Know your schedule, arrive at work on time with a positive attitude, and in proper uniform (clean and pressed).
• Stay off your cell phone unless you are using it for work, have prior approval from management, or are on your 30-minute meal break.
• TEAMWORK! Be flexible every day and ensure you are working with other staff members to achieve guest satisfaction and operational success.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure that each guest has a personalized experience
• Quickly clear and reset tables / eating areas as guests leave
• Assisting the culinary department in traying up food and delivering food to buffet
• Ensuring positive and thorough communication between front of house and back of house
• Communicating menu item or product outages/shortages to staff members and management
• Prebussing in the restaurant when guests no longer need items on their table
• Organization and cleanliness of restaurant including condiments, countertops, fully stocked cutlery and plates
• Know Aramark and Health Code standards and ensure that they are being followed.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of bar and surrounding areas during service time
• Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
• Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 30lbs.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) ? will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) ? will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• Previous fine dining experience (Preferred)
• Previous bartending experience (Preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Work shifts that are 6 ? 10 hours in length

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.

This role requires membership into UNITE Here Local 23 ? Denver, Colorado

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee/ Unionized

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $20. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
