Job Description

The Catering Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, inputting catering orders, data entry, filing, etc. and will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. As a Suite Admin, you will help with coordination of suite orders and delivering products to guests on event days. We?re looking for team players who are organized, focused, accountable, and above all, bring a positive attitude every day. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

This position is event based and will require day, evening, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for performing administrative functions including answering phones, and greeting visitors ? Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary ? Scheduling event meetings ? Maintain office memos and informative postings ? Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, MS Office, and catering software.

• Perform tasks as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
• Work in catering and special events required by your manager
• Cross-train in areas as the need arises
• Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Detail oriented
