We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator that will be trained to manage the warehouse team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound goods, managing inventory, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts within our warehouse.

This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to operate a laptop for inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Responsible for the efficient and safe loading and unloading of pallets and materials from trucks.
• Inventory Management: Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to track, manage, and report inventory levels. Conduct regular stock checks and update the inventory system accordingly.
• Inbound and Outbound Handling: Efficiently process inbound shipments by unloading, stacking, and storing goods. Prepare and load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment within the warehouse. This includes following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or equipment issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and data entry for inventory and shipment tracking. Provide reports as required using Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Forklift Operator with experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using a laptop.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
