Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist customers with inquiries about our interior design services, products, and ongoing projects, providing knowledgeable assistance and guidance.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the showroom, including restocking shelves, tidying up displays, and ensuring a visually appealing environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with POS systems preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
