Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Spanish Teacher for the 2024-25 school year to join our faith-centered community at Aquinas Catholic school in San Bernardino, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in Spanish instruction, along with a commitment to fostering the intellectual and spiritual growth of students. Experience with Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) and RenWeb Student Information System (SIS) is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching credential preferred but not required.
• Experience teaching Spanish.
• Familiarity with Catholic teachings and commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
• Proficiency in using educational technology, including learning management systems (e.g., Canvas) and student information systems (e.g., RenWeb).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and character development.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaboration within a faith-based community.
