Aquinas Consulting is looking to fill a full-time Senior Plant Services Specialist job in Billerica, Massachusetts. This job is available with one of our key customers in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In this role, you will support our client’s pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, equipment, and utilities, and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Plant Services Specialist Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain electronic and paper records on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, utilities, and systems
• Operate production equipment for setup and / or production purposes
• Work with direct vendors for manufacturing improvement and plant maintenance (i.e. HVAC, Clean Utilities, trades)
• Manage execution of PMP programs consistent with cGMP engineering maintenance requirements
• Perform non-routine and off-hours tasks as necessary
• Support area validation, calibration, certification efforts, and the transfer of new processes to the manufacturing area
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment / plant / utility problems
• Perform improvements and maintenance as required to support all operations
• Manage janitorial services and plant waste stream
• SME for multiple processing technologies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience working with process equipment and electronic document systems
• HAZMAT and Formal cGMP training
• Technical Certification
• State boilers Special License to Operate (can obtain within 6 months of employment)
• Ability to read and create engineering drawings
• Proficient with use of hand tools and power equipment
