Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Operations team to learn how scheduling, resource planning, and manufacturing is managed within an ERP system.
• Learn how an ASME code vessel facility designs, engineers, and manufactures pressure vessels for the water industry.
• Support Quality group in capturing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and other Quality driven tasks.
• Support Inventory Management with cycle counting and other material control tasks.
• Learn fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing and the types of tools utilized in a manufacturing environment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

• High level of computer acumen including Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, TEAMS)
• Ability to work with physical tools and machinery, mechanically inclined

Education and Experience:

• Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering student preferred.
• Business student with a focus on manufacturing or supply chain management
