Aqueduct Technologies is seeking a Field Services IT Manager in a Full-Time capacity for our customer in the Greater Boston Area. This person will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating IT operations across all our locations nationwide, including incinerators and refineries. This position requires regular travel, approximately once a month, to ensure seamless IT support and coordination at each site. The successful candidate will lead a team of 10 strategically located IT professionals and serve as the primary interface between field locations and business/technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10 field IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective operations and maintenance of IT systems.
• Coordinate with field teams to implement and maintain network controls, security protocols, and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and systems at incinerator and refinery locations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Serve as the liaison between field locations and business/technical teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to address IT-related challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and support future growth initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing, machinery control, network systems, and IT security to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of IT services and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on field services and manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and coordinating IT operations across multiple locations.
• Strong technical background in network infrastructure, systems administration, and IT security.
• Experience with machinery control systems and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and driving results.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month to field locations across the United States and Canada.
