Swim Instructor

Duties:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of students
- Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Develop lesson plans and tailor instruction to meet the needs of each student
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
- Monitor and manage student behavior during lessons
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Skills:
- Strong swimmer with experience in various swimming strokes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior in a group setting
- Experience working with students of different ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
