Where do YOU fit in?
The Regional Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership and regional governance to Quality Assurance team and over service locations within the region, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of stormwater pond maintenance activities. This role involves oversight of inspections, implementation of quality control measures, oversight of documentation processes and compliance with regulations to maintain the functionality and environmental integrity of stormwater ponds for the Southeast territory.
Specific Duties:
  • Oversee Quality Assurance staff; managing performance to ensure regional objectives such as: scope execution, warranty call-backs, schedule adherence, and professional representation of the AQUALIS brand.
  • Support Quality Assurance staff in interactions with customers, local, state, and federal government personnel to resolve customer service concerns, and ensure regulatory compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain consistency among corporate, division, and field teams through documentation and communication.
  • Manage provider network within given region to ensure compliance with all standards including environmental, operating, and regulatory, safety and ethics.
  • Oversee effective safety and accident prevention programs to ensure all reasonable actions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance staff in consistent quality of deliverables through best practices, project communication, and status reporting.
  • Supervise inspection services, maintenance identification and regulation compliance through best practice applications.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team to develop and implement quality control measures, standard operating procedures and checklists.
  • Oversee implementation of site audit schedule and spot checks.
  • Provide support to QA staff in documentation of quality issues and recommendations for improvement to AQUALIS leadership.
  • Provide training and education support to providers and in-house staff as needed.
  • Submit and / or approve reports and documentation based on company requirements, including but not limited to time records, credit card expenses, project documentation.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and completion of project scope.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors and colleagues while supporting Quality Assurance team.
  • Follow through on problems that may compromise effective job performance by using appropriate chain of command.
  • Travel to job sites, in a variety of weather conditions, to ensure quality control, process improvement and completion of work at sites.
  • Regional travel ~ 4-5 days / week (All travel expenses are covered by the Company, no reimbursement needed!)
  • Completion of additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or proven track record of work experience in similar positions may be substituted for education requirements.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of stormwater systems, maintenance and repairs required.
  • Current and valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record required on hire. Must maintain this status to operate Company vehicles throughout the duration of this role.
  • Proven experience in stormwater pond maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, safety requirements, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of stormwater management principles, including sediment control, vegetation management, and erosion control techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and support a remote workforce and travel as needed.
  • Proficient with mobile technology (i.e. iPad, laptop, email, etc.), Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to travel regionally (All travel expenses are covered by the Company, no reimbursement needed!)
  • Comfortable with supervising job sites in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Background check, drug screening and driving record review are part of the pre-employment process.
